Wound Care with a Mission - Central City Concern

MWCM Wound Care with a Mission partners with Central City Concern

Homelessness is a growing problem in Portland and many other cities across the US.  People who are homeless, commonly have chronic wounds and foot ulcers due to their living conditions and medical morbidities.  MWCM recognizes that a large part of helping the homeless in Portland and other cities is in treating their wounds and other healthcare issues.  We have partnered with Central City Concern to provide financial resources and medical care to this underserved community.  Our collaboration will allow us to offer support to further prevent health complications, to ultimately improve the lives of this vulnerable population.
